Ownership of Original Content

All original elements of the game Aeroliths are the exclusive intellectual property of Enzo Fournier & Julien Behani. This includes, but is not limited to:

Game Inspiration & Attribution

Aeroliths is a fan-made game inspired by the Skystones mini-game from the Skylanders franchise. This project was created as an independent tribute to celebrate the original game mechanics that inspired countless players.

The severity of disciplinary action is determined at our sole discretion based on the nature and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to terminate any account without prior notice if we believe it threatens the safety, security, or integrity of the game or its community.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the game after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
